Terms of service

Create Your Wave’s Warranty’s duration is 1 year on parts at time of delivery under normal use.  If there is a part that is defective, you can either ship the board to Create Your Wave, or have the part shipped to you.  Create Your Wave will then offer a video conference with you to assist in replacing the warrantied part.  Shipping costs and Time and Attendance charges are responsible to the customer.

Additions/Moderations to the product, issues due to lack of care, using the products for which they are not intended, and/or pilot error voids all warranties.

Create Your Wave is not responsible for additional circumstances, hardships, warranty or malfunctions that may be caused directly or indirectly.

If the board is submerged, or issues arise from driver, transportation errors and or storage, again the warranty becomes null and void.  For the battery, after each ride, charge the battery.  If it is found that the battery is damaged via lack of charging protocol the battery warranty will be null and void.  Please do not put battery on ground, metal, rock, or cement and they can permanently damage the battery and void the warranty.
