Shipping policy
The customer can either use our 3rd party shipping partners or arrange shipping for themselves. In all cases we highly recommend insuring the transportation of the product through the shipping company. The decision to purchase transportation insurance and consequences thereof are at the discretion of Create Your Wave’s customer. Our shipping terms are FOB customer’s customs. When the product reaches the customer’s custom location, the shipping company will demand all documents, taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for all remaining costs at that time. When all costs have been paid the shipping company will release the product information to customs and shipping will continue to the desired location. We will keep you up-to-date as to milestones which we receive from the shipping company.
Timelines for all shipping events are “best efforts”. As the shipping companies take no responsibility for timelines being met, lost goods, damaged goods, etc. Create Your Wave cannot assume responsibility as the entity under control (the shipping company) will not. Our shipping partners’ terms and conditions statements will be forwarded upon your request.
